Every LIBERHAUS product is made to last. We stand behind our workmanship and materials against manufacturing defects in normal household use.
Your purchase and proof of order are held by Amazon, so the fastest path for a defective item is a return or replacement via your Amazon order. You can also contact us directly and we'll help.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use.
What's not covered
- Normal wear, scratches, water spots and finish changes from misuse.
- Damage from abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals or improper installation.
- Products used commercially or outside their intended purpose.
Caring for stainless steel
- Wipe with a soft, damp cloth; dry afterwards to prevent water spots.
- On finishes (gold, black, chrome) avoid abrasive pads, scouring powders and bleach — they can dull or damage the coating.
- Remove soap and hard-water residue regularly with mild soap and water.
- Don't leave pieces sitting in standing water.
