A letter from our CEO
LIBERHAUS started with a pair of kitchen scissors.
Not with a business plan — with an annoyance. The scissors in my drawer were dull, the handles bit into my hand, and anything tougher than a herb stem meant getting out a knife and a board instead. It seemed strange that a tool used every single day was so rarely made properly.
So we made a better one: stainless steel through the working parts, a grip shaped for a whole hand, and a board built into the body so that cutting and catching happen in one place. People bought it. Then they wrote to us about the next thing that irritated them — bowls too hot to carry out of the microwave, straws too narrow for boba, a drawer full of gadgets that each did one job badly.
We have been working down that list ever since.
The name is the whole idea. Liber, free. Haus, home. A home freed from small daily friction. We don't chase trends and we don't shave cost out of the parts that matter. We look for a frustration everyone recognises, and build the version that should have existed in the first place — better made, simple to use, priced for an ordinary household. Good tools should not be a luxury.
Today the range covers three areas. Kitchen tools that pull their weight — multi-function scissors and shears, choppers, molds, sifters and baking helpers. Drinks and hosting — reusable boba and party straws in every colour, and the small extras that make a table worth sitting at. Home helpers — heat-resistant bowl holders, organizers, corner guards and everyday problem-solvers. Beyond those, we make things for the car, the garden and the craft table, because a good idea is worth building whatever aisle it belongs in. Several of our tools now carry Amazon's Best Seller badge in their categories, and we ship them in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
New colours, seasonal designs and new solutions arrive through the year, so there is usually a LIBERHAUS answer for whatever the season is asking of your kitchen.
Everything we make is sold through Amazon, with tracked Prime delivery and Amazon's buyer protection, in the United States, Canada and Mexico. That is deliberate: it means you get the delivery and returns you already trust, and we get to spend our attention on the products themselves.
Thank you for letting our things into your home.
