Stainless Steel Poultry Shears Set of 2

Very heavy-duty!! These are very strong and sharp scissors.. The moment I held these scissors in my hand, I knew right away that I ordered a great product. They really have a strong and durable feel to them. And they have a good weight to them as well, which indicates that it is top quality steel. And it was really easy and comfortable to hold and use them in your hands. And they actually even look pretty good too.<br /><br />But the most important thing was how they performed. I wasn't planning on cooking chicken last night, but I couldn’t wait to test the scissors out. And it was great. I had no issues cutting all sections of the chicken with ease. They fit comfortably in my hands. And the bottom blade of the scissor also has a serrated edge so you can use it as blade if you want to scale fish amongst other uses. They were easy to wash down and clean afterwards. And since they are 3Cr13 steel, I am not worried about them rusting. I am not sure if I would use it as a nut cracker because I already have a great nutcracker which I love, but it definitely is strong enough to easily crack nuts if you want to use it for that.<br /><br />And since two of them come in the box, I am thinking about storing one out in my shed with the rest of my tools. I know they are technically poultry shears, but I cannot overstate how much of a durable, strong feel they have to them. And the blades really are sharp. In my opinion, one of these scissors is worth the list the price of $22. So, to get two of them is a really great deal and I highly recommend them.
